## Contact us

Email [support@zoneblade.com](mailto:support@zoneblade.com) about anything: a problem, a question, Premium, billing or a refund. A person reads every email. If it's about Premium, write from the email you bought it with.

## Getting started

- Add ZoneBlade to Chrome or Edge, then pin it: click the jigsaw piece next to the address bar and the pin beside ZoneBlade.
- The first time, ZoneBlade asks you to agree to what it keeps and to pass a quick check that you're a person. There's no account to make.
- Choose a country and turn ZoneBlade on. Free has unlimited data in 6 countries.
- To browse directly again, turn it off in ZoneBlade, or press Alt+Shift+X anywhere in the browser.

## A country for one tab

Switch ZoneBlade to **Each tab**. A tab you give a country browses from there, and the rest connect as usual. To give one:

- open ZoneBlade on that tab and press Choose;
- or right-click a link and choose Open in country;
- or put tabs in a tab group named after a country, like “JP Japan”.

Tabs in different countries keep their cookies apart, so the same site can be open in two countries side by side. On Free, one tab at a time can have its own country; on Premium, any number.

## A site isn't working

Some sites block VPNs. Open ZoneBlade on that tab and answer “Is this site working?” with No, fix it: ZoneBlade checks the connection and reloads the tab. If it still doesn't work, you can try another country, or open the site without ZoneBlade (in Each tab, take the tab out of its country).

A site you always want direct, or always in one country, can have a site rule in ZoneBlade's settings (3 on Free, any number on Premium).

If pages stop loading everywhere, ZoneBlade has lost its connection and says why. It never quietly uses your own connection instead. Turn it off to browse directly meanwhile, and email us if it lasts.

## Private windows

Browsers don't let extensions into private windows unless you allow it, so those windows browse directly until you do. In Chrome: Extensions, ZoneBlade, Details, then Allow in Incognito. In Edge: Extensions, ZoneBlade, Details, then Allow in InPrivate.

## Premium

Press Get Premium in ZoneBlade, or go to the [Premium page](https://zoneblade.com/premium). There's no account to make first: the email you give at checkout becomes your account. Bought from ZoneBlade's button, that browser switches to Premium within a minute.

To use Premium in another browser, add ZoneBlade there, then Account, Sign in, with the same email. We email you a link; there's no password.

## Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time on [your account page](https://zoneblade.com/account), or from ZoneBlade: Account, Manage Premium. Premium carries on until the end of the period you paid for, and isn't charged again.

Within 14 days of buying, you can cancel on your account page and get back the part you haven't used. The [terms](https://zoneblade.com/terms) have the details.

## Your account and data

[Your account page](https://zoneblade.com/account) shows your plan and the browsers signed in, and signs any of them out. You can delete your account there too.

We never keep the sites you visit. The [privacy page](https://zoneblade.com/privacy) lists what we keep and for how long.
